Our Mission

To build a cross-continental movement of young African women equipped with the leadership tools, networks, and confidence to drive change from their campuses, communities, and professions. WOLA nurtures a new generation of women leaders who uplift each other and reshape the narrative of African women leadership across the continent and diaspora.

Our Vision

A united Africa where every young woman has the opportunity, support, and platform to lead boldly and transform her community. WOLA envisions a continent where women lead at every level, breaking barriers and building a future of shared prosperity and inclusive progress.

Community Impact
Community outreach

WOLA members are driving tangible change across African communities through outreach programmes, mentorship initiatives, and advocacy campaigns. From FGM awareness partnerships to youth empowerment walks, our community impact work transforms lives at the grassroots level.

We run community outreach initiatives that engage directly with families and local leaders, creating sustainable change through education, dialogue, and collaborative action. Every programme is designed to lift voices and unlock potential.
